Meet the Team

Mia Cooper-Graham

Mia sees herself as an actor and a creator. Being a neurodivergent artist herself, she values the importance of catering to varying learning styles not only in the performance stage but the written stage as well. Mia adores diving neck deep into the abstract and feels drawn to the beauty of “weird”. She feels most herself when listening to and connecting with other fellow human beings. Her love for her craft has helped her to discover that she is enough just as she is. She wants you to know that she sees the magic in you and hopes you see it in yourself.

Vanessa Schmoelz

Vanessa is an actor who embraces the use of theatre to create community and provide a voice for those who may otherwise go unnoticed. She has always felt that theatre creation provided her a sense of freedom and safety, and hopes to amplify this sentiment with others. She is excited to embark on this journey as the newest member of the Dirty Mirror Collective, and hopes that she and the team will not only create work that reflects on our own experiences, but challenges us to look beyond what we already know.

Riley Wilson

Riley Wilson is a multidisciplinary artist dedicated to creating contemporary and inclusive theatre in Montreal. With a strong background in acting, she has enjoyed delving into playwriting, and aspires to make change through theatre and performance art. She is committed to dismantling boundaries within theatre and artistic communities, and hopes to create thought provoking theatre through a contemporary lense. After the creation of Dirty Mirror Collective and their inaugural show (SH)ED, she is excited for the company’s next chapter.
